Optimism is a great thing

I left my fruit in the blazing sun
But it turned a grape to a raisin
I slipped over in dog shit
But I’ve got shoes to go walk in

I gambled all of my salary
But apparently its for charity
I stepped in a puddle in trainers

The cake that I made was raw

But im ecstatic
I love when I drive my car
How did they invent the automatic
I got beaten black and blue
But its fine cos I love those colours
And I’m not that good at math
But I think its cool that they made up numbers
