Theta and Alpha-centered Programs
Programs such as Total Relaxation, Deep Learning, Deep Insight, all the meditation
programs and Track Two of the Subliminals will induce altered states of deep relaxation.
These programs are designed to be listened to when you will not be disturbed and when
you are able to sit or lie down for 30 to 60 minutes of meditation or rest. Theta and Alpha-
