One step, two step, hop and glide,
Sunlight dripping like honey, worldwide.
Whistling tunes as I stroll through the lane,
Clouds wave hello, then drift off again.
On the sunny side, we don’t hide,
We just ride this golden tide.
Left foot, right foot, let’s go,
Dancing shadows follow my flow!
Ice cream truck rolls, kids all cheer,
Summer’s got a soundtrack, loud and clear.
Cars hum low, but my steps sing high,
Tapping on the pavement, beat multiplies.
Spin around, arms open wide,
Catch the breeze, let it be my guide.
Nowhere to go, no time to chase,
Just me and the sun in a warm embrace.
